BEIRUT, July 19 (Xinhua) -- Head of Hezbollah's parliamentary block Mohammad Raad on Sunday called on the international community to carry out responsibility in ending Israeli violations in Lebanon, Al-Manar TV reported.
"The international community should carry out its responsibility in ending Israeli occupation of the Lebanese parts of Ghajjar, Sheba Farms and Kfarshouba, and should stop being indifferent regarding Israeli sea and land violations of Lebanon's sovereignty," Raad said in a speech in Beirut.
He stressed that Lebanon is stronger today in its resistance, adding that "no matter how strong the external pressures are, they will not break down the will of the resistance."
Raad welcomed all internal steps towards calm, calling for more "positive openness" among Lebanese factions and leaders.
"Real partnership in the upcoming national unity government is a necessary step to reinforce Lebanon against external danger," Raad stressed.
The Lebanese Shiite armed group Hezbollah has demanded real and effective partnership in the upcoming cabinet which designated Prime Minister Saad Hariri is trying to form for over three weeks.
